WCHS Teachers Participate in Regional Honors Workshop

Three Career and Technical Education Teachers from Warren County High School joined sixty teachers from the Central North Carolina Region to develop honors courses for Career and Technical Education. Ted Summey, Central Region Coordinator and Carol Short, Section Chief for Curriculum and Instruction from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction facilitated the event. Derrick Fogg, Pam Jordan, Cherrelle Lawrence participated in the event. Ernie Conner, CTE Director also attended the workshop. Plans are being made to offer honors level courses in CTE for the 2014-15 school year.
