CTE Instructional Assistant Attends National Computer Science Conference



Megan Williams, CTE Instructional Assistant for Warren County Schools was one of twenty individuals out of 203 candidates  to win a full scholarship to attend the Richard Tapia Celebration of Diversity in Computing in 2014 Conference. The conference was held in Seattle, Washington from February 5-8th. Meagan had an opportunity to meet with Computer Science experts from all across the country and talk about different ways to increase the participation of students in computer science fields. The conference is held in conjunction with IEEE Computer Society and the Computing Research Association. Congratulations to Megan for taking advantage of this tremendous opportunity and bringing back great information to share with Warren County.
