Solar Panel Project At Warren County High School Presented to Kittrell Job Corps Students




Ernie Conner, Director of Career and Technical Education presented a short program on the Solar Energy Project at Warren County High School to students at Kittrell Job Corps. Conner met with the students, Danielle Williams, ACT/OCT Coordinator and Joan Robinson, BCL Director. He explained that the school had 2000 solar panels on its roof and  provided enough electrical energy to power up to 50 homes.  He explained how the project was started and how the school was able to make money and provide educational programs for high school students. The students looked at the curriculum, and monitoring system before taking climbing on the roof for a closer look.
